1. Appointment Scheduling

 

How to Book: To schedule an appointment, please reach out via the contact form on our website, or call or text me directly at +1(279)766-0657. Include your desired date, time, and the services you wish to book.

Availability: Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure you secure your preferred date and time, I recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons such as wedding season or holidays.

 

2. Deposit Policy

 

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance due on the day of the appointment.

Payment Methods: Deposits can be made via Zelle.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your deposit.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be applied to the new date.

 

4. On-Location Services

 

Travel Fees: For on-location services, travel fees may apply based on the distance from my studio in Sacramento. Please inquire about specific travel costs when booking.

Setup Time: Please allow for additional time for setup and breakdown, particularly for larger parties or special events.

 

5. Final Payment

 

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment, prior to the start of services. Acceptable payment methods include Zelle and cash.

Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated but not required. If you enjoyed your service, consider leaving a tip to show your appreciation.

 

6. Group Bookings

 

Discounts: For group bookings (e.g., bridal parties, special events), please inquire about available discounts and special packages.

Coordinating Services: For larger parties, I recommend designating a point of contact to streamline communication regarding scheduling and logistics.

 

7. Special Requests

 

Personalization: If you have any specific requests or requirements (e.g., allergies, preferred products), please inform me at the time of booking so I can tailor the experience to your needs.
